Faq #01:  During the installation appears a message because of the
          unknown publisher, can I ignore this?

This means, that the program is not signed by an official certificate.
However it is freeware and you can decide whether you trust it or not.



Faq #02:  I have installed Jac-Ping in a different user account.
          Now I can't execute it in my normal user account. Why?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

This behavior is by design, because it is a click-once installation.
You must install it in the user account (or every account), where it
is to be executed.



Faq #03:  In which programming language was Jac Ping developed?

It was developed in Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition.
